Demand for industry participation, particularly for exhibition space, is fierce and we are expected to sell out the exhibition by the end of March 2024. A priority system is currently in place for sharing the exhibition floor plans:

If you are applying as a new exhibitor (i.e. you did not exhibit at BSG LIVE ’23 Liverpool), please fill out page 25-28 of the prospectus with your application to exhibit and your requested size exhibition stand and – strictly subject to availability – we will do our best to secure you a space in the next month or so. If you are unsuccessful we will look forward to welcoming you in 2025 when BSG LIVE will be at a bigger venue.
