The registration pass includes:
- Access to the 3 live streams per concurrent session from 24 – 26 June 2025. Please note that there will only be 3 sessions streamed live at any one time. The rest of the sessions will be available to watch on-demand from the following day
- Access to the e-posters presented at the conference
- Access to the on-demand content library, available for 8 months after the event, at no additional cost

All registration fees are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

Virtual registrations can be changed to an in-person ticket up to 19th May 2025 but please note that you would need to pay the difference in price.
**Concession non-member rates are available to: Retired doctors, non-commercial clinical project managers, and those in non-commercial or non-clinical support/administrative roles working in gastroenterology.
Cancellation deadlines
- Up to 21 March 2025 – a full refund will be given minus the administration fee;
- Up to 16 April 2025 – a 50% refund will be given minus the administration fee;
- From 16 April 2025 – no refund will be given.
Name changes can be made at any point without charge.
Refunds will be credited within 10 working days after the confirmation of receipt of the cancellation request.
On-demand content Library
Registration for the conference includes access to the on-demand content library at no additional cost. This provides on-demand access to recordings of all sessions in the main BSG LIVE’25 programme and online access to the e-posters. The sessions will be available to view on-demand the day after they take place.
*Please note that based on the ticket you purchase, you will have access to recordings from the sessions of that day (if registered for a day ticket only), or all sessions from the main programme (if registered for the full conference).
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment of the registration fees is taken by credit/debit card.
All cancellations must be received in writing via [email protected] and will incur a £20 administration fee.
