The registration pass includes:

Whilst encouraged, industry attendance at the BSG Conference is closely monitored. Individuals working in the pharmaceutical, medical device industry, or the private healthcare sector wishing to attend the conference, must have purchased an exhibition stand at BSG LIVE’26, and this will then entitle their company representatives (up to a maximum of ten) to purchase full conference registrations with access to the sessions. If your company has not taken an exhibition stand, please download the prospectus and return your booking form to [email protected]. If your company already has an exhibition stand, then you may email [email protected] to book your registration.

EndoVillage
BSG LIVE will once again run the EndoVillage. Places will be available to book in due course. Please note that a maximum of 1 time slot per day will be available to book per person.
Hotel reservations
We have partnered with a selection of hotels in Liverpool. Further guidance on how to book your accommodation will be provided in your confirmation email, once you have registered.

Social event
The BSG Night, which will take place on Wednesday 24th June, will be the chance for you to to dine and socialise in a casual setting. Ticket prices are as follows:
Member: £25.00
Non Member: £35.00
Concession*: £15.00

Fun run
The fun run will once again take place on Wednesday 24th June at 07:30. Starting outside the ACC Liverpool , the run will take place along the riverside of the Mersey.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment of the registration fees is taken by credit/debit card.
All cancellations must be received in writing via [email protected] and will incur a £20 administration fee.
Cancellation deadlines
- Up to 20 March 2026 – a full refund will be given minus the administration fee;
- Up to 17 April 2026 – a 50% refund will be given minus the administration fee;
- From 17 April 2026 – no refund will be given.
Name changes can be made at any point without charge.
Refunds will be credited within 10 working days after the confirmation of receipt of the cancellation request.
On-demand content Library
Registration for the conference includes access to the on-demand content library at no additional cost. This provides on-demand access to recordings of all sessions in the main BSG LIVE’26 programme and online access to the e-posters. The sessions will be available to view on-demand the day after they take place.
*Please note that based on the ticket you purchase, you will have access to recordings from the sessions of that day (if registered for a day ticket only), or all sessions from the main programme (if registered for the full conference).
