REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
The registration pass includes:
- Delegate badge
- Access to all the scientific sessions from 17-20 June 2024
- Opportunity to attend Masterclass sessions on 17 June 2024
- Access to the trade exhibition and posters from 18-20 June 2024
- Lunch and refreshments at break times throughout
- Access to the on-demand content library at no additional cost
Whilst encouraged, industry attendance at the BSG Congress is closely monitored. Individuals working in the pharmaceutical, medical device industry, or the private healthcare sector wishing to attend the conference, MUST have purchased an exhibition stand at BSG LIVE ’24, and this will then entitle their company representatives (up to a maximum of ten) to purchase full conference registrations with access to the sessions. All registration fees are inclusive of VAT at 20%
*Associate tickets are available to: Nurses, Clinical Endoscopists, Pharmacists, AHPs, Physician Associates, Clinical and Non-Clinical Scientists, Gastrointestinal Physiologists, PhD students, clinical project managers, trainees who are less than full-time (LTFT), and other non-clinical support or administrative roles working in gastroenterology.
Those at IMT stage 1 who are not BSG members must register for the Associate non-member rate. Those at IMT 1 who are BSG members may register for the Taster Member rate provided they have an active ‘Foundation and IMT Stage 1 Doctor’ membership.
**BSG Taster Member: Those at IMT 1 who are BSG members may register for the Taster Member rate provided they have an active ‘Foundation and IMT Stage 1 Doctor’ membership.
***Undergraduates, Foundation Doctors, medical/nursing/AHP students: Both members and non-members who are FY doctors, medical/nursing/AHP students, or undergraduates may register for this ticket.

Member Unit Bookings
Available for BSG Nurse Members . A “Unit” ticket must be purchased in a group of three nurses of any grade, from the same Unit (at the time of registering). To register your unit please click here.
Please note: at least one member of your booking must be a BSG member. The names registered in the group must be the delegates who plan to attend.
Hotel reservations
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. A range of hotels are available to book at secured rates, available on an exclusive basis for BSG LIVE’24 participants. Please visit the website, via the following link to book: Accommodation booking

Social event
The BSG LIVE’24 social evening will take place on Wednesday 19th June at the Button Factory, where you will have the chance to socialise and dine in a casual setting. Tickets are available to purchase via the registration portal and further details on the evening will be available soon.
Fun run
The fun run will once again take place on Tuesday 18th June. This year’s Fun Run will be taking place in the evening from 19:00, along Edgbaston Reservoir.
EndoVillage
BSG LIVE will once again run the EndoVillage. Places will be available to book in due course. Please note that a maximum of 1 time slot per day will be available to book per person.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment of the registration fees is taken by credit/debit card.
All cancellations must be received in writing via conference@bsg.org.uk and will incur a £20 administration fee.
Cancellation deadlines
- Up to 22 March 2024 – a full refund will be given minus the administration fee;
- Up to 17 April 2024 – a 50% refund will be given minus the administration fee;
- From 17 April 2024 – no refund will be given.
Name changes can be made at any point without charge.
Refunds will be credited within 10 working days after the confirmation of receipt of the cancellation request.
On-demand content Library
Registration for the conference includes access to the on-demand content library at no additional cost. This provides on-demand access to recordings of all sessions in the main BSG LIVE’24 programme and online access to the e-posters. Delegates will have access to this from Monday 08 July at 9am for 1 month.
*Please note that based on the ticket you purchase, you will have access to recordings from the sessions of that day (if registered for a day ticket only), or all sessions from the main programme (if registered for the full conference).
Can’t attend BSG LIVE in person? Registration for the on-demand content library only, will be available.
